• Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week
• Must have closing availability
• Must have weekend availability for rotating weekends
• Must be flexible when scheduling the work week
• Must be willing to replace gaps in the schedule when needed (e.g. when an employee calls in)
• Must be willing to open and close the store should the situation require it Administrative Requirements
• Must be proficient in all administrative things required by the store manager Pricing/Donations
• Must be able to price assigned department as needed as well as help in others
• Must be able to work the donation area if needed
• Must be able to merchandise the sales floor
• Must be able to train new associates fully into new positions Core Values
• Must be an avid customer service representative
• Must set an example to the staff on how to properly treat customers
• Must be able to handle any inquiries/situations in the manager’s absence
• Must be able to subdue and rectify any problematic situation with a customer
