The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction, managing the team, and helping to drive sales performance. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for retail. It is also necessary to possess the ability to delegate, multi task, recruit and team build, Duties Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Manage inventory control processes, including stock replenishment and loss prevention strategies. Conduct employee orientation and training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about products and company policies. Work with the visual merchandising team to ensure that spacing and standards are met at all times to maximize the overall customer experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer loyalty. Skills Strong background in retail store and sales management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
