Store Manager Cali smoke shop 13188 Perkins Road, Baton Rouge, LA 70810

Responsibilities:

• Open or close the store on time
• Manage daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
• Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supervisors to ensure product availability

Experience:

• Previous experience in wireless sales or retail management is highly preferred
• Strong budgeting skills to effectively manage store expenses and maximize profits
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
• Exceptional leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a team of employees
