Auto Dealership Floor Sales Manager & Closer:

Responsible for the success and profitability of vehicle sales, sales team building and management and more. Hire, train, and assist the sales team in closing deals, drive sales, produce results Lead, motivate and coach the sales team to achieve revenue targets Monitor/manage the sales team’s progress and performance Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business Help manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory lot Manage used car inventory levels and days in stock Appraise and buy cars, purchase used cars, order new vehicles Manage certified pre-owned program Work with Parts and Service Director to shepherd used cars through reconditioning Coordinate sales of all wholesale vehicles Qualifications –
