Over the past 10 years, we have become a mainstay in the local community, providing a wide range of services with a commitment to family, care, service, excellence, and community. As an Assistant Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving customer complaints and problems in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Overseeing daily operations for both Gentilly and Old Metairie Mail and Copy Center, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies
  • Quickly learning and mastering all aspects of our services, including shipping (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS), printing, copying, and retail sales
  • Demonstrating a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Monitoring and ordering necessary supplies and merchandise to maintain inventory
  • Assisting the General Manager with strategic planning and decision-making
  • Travel between both stores as needed, occasionally transporting supplies The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a retail or customer service management role
  • Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays and occasional Saturdays
