We’re looking for a Retail Store Supervisor who brings good vibes, strong leadership, and a love for creating memorable moments to our Kilwins location in the heart of New Orleans. Keep the store running smoothly, keep the energy positive, and make sure every guest leaves happier than when they came in.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead by example with warmth, kindness, and hustle Support and guide team members: train, schedule, encourage, repeat Keep an eye on quality: from our fudge to our waffle cones to our storefront window Jump in wherever needed: register, restock, clean, prep. No job too small Help guests find their favorite treat or discover a new one Make our store a place people want to come back to
Who You Are:
You’ve got a great attitude and treat people with respect You’re reliable, organized, and take pride in your work You’ve managed or supervised a team before (retail or hospitality is a plus!) You’re comfortable being on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs You enjoy working with a close-knit team and being part of a happy, busy environment
Basic Requirements:
Must be 18 or older High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisor role preferred
