Assistant Store Manager – Spirit Position Available In Ouachita, Louisiana

Job Description:

Hourly rate ranges from $17.50 – $17.75 per hour and isdependent upon qualifications and experience.

Brand – Spirit Halloween The Assistant StoreManager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup,merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. TheAssistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Managerin the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a storeensuring maximum sales/profitability by establishing andmaintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses,shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.

The minimum age requirement is 18 and must have a flexibleschedule. The physical demands of the job require 8 hours ofstanding and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures andlifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experienceis required.
