Shift Leader Squeezy Fresh Destrehan, LA 70047 Oversee operations when the manager is absent. Schedule shifts and assign duties to staff during shifts. Oversee cash drawers and prepare bank deposits. Provide support and feedback to team members during shifts. Train new employees. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Address customer and employee complaints. Maintain a positive work environment. Most importantly, ensure that the shift runs smoothly and effectively.
