Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various beauty cosmetics. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and POS system. Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking products as needed. Maintain an organized and visually appealing counter display that aligns with brand standards. Train new staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or cosmetics sales is preferred. Strong selling skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. Experience in cash handling and proficiency in using cash registers or POS systems. Knowledge of makeup application techniques is a plus; cosmetology background is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
