Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and implementing promotional strategies. Manage inventory control processes, including stock replenishment and organization of merchandise displays. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance and promote professional development. Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary. Collaborate with the management team to develop effective sales strategies and negotiate with vendors when required. Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the brand’s standards. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is essential; prior experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of retail management practices, including inventory control and sales management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers. Proven ability to lead a team while fostering a collaborative work environment. Familiarity with wireless sales or technology products is a plus but not mandatory.
