We’re opening a brand-new dancewear boutique in Attleboroand we’re looking for a dynamic, reliable, and enthusiastic Shop Manager to help bring it to life! This is more than a retail job — it’s an opportunity to build a welcoming space for dancers of all ages, provide expert product advice, and support the artistry and spirit of dance in our community
What You’ll Do:
Welcome dancers, parents, and studio partners with warmth and professionalism Fit and recommend dancewear and shoes — pointe shoe fitting experience is a huge plus! Manage day-to-day operations including inventory, displays, and checkout Organize and host studio fittings, trunk shows, or special events Create a positive, polished, and dancer-friendly in-store experience Collaborate with owners on promotions, seasonal products, and community outreach
What We’re Looking For:
Background in dance or strong understanding of dancewear and footwear Experience in pointe shoe fitting preferred (or willing to learn) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently, be proactive, and stay organized Retail or boutique experience a plus Passion for dance and the local community is a must!
Schedule & Pay:
