FLIP THE BIRD IS SEEKING A STORE MANAGER FOR THEIR CABOT STREET LOCATION.
Pays $55k-$70k/y depending on experience and ability to fulfill all management duties required of the position This is a great sposition for restaurant and food service management
Position Overview:
In charge of a team of 10 – 12 including ans Assistant Manager and Kitchen Manager Strong understanding of P&Ls and COG analysis Ability to use Microsoft Excel Manage of weekly schedules for the staff-Handle call outs and coverage Hiring as needed (but currently have a full staff) Cash drawers, have experience with POS systems, and be able to process comps, voids, and other daily occurrences In charge of ordering weekly from our Commissary using our order guide: paper products and FOH items such as sauces, spreads, dairy products, ice cream, etc-Customer relations, keeping a positive environment and leading by example Flip The Bird, a fast casual restaurant focusing on southern hospitality, homemade comfort food and good vibes, is looking for a Store Manager for multiple locations. If your skills include a high level of organization, calmness in a fast-paced work environment, confidence in properly ordering and maintaining a well-stocked store, and the ability to positively motivate and manage a team, then Flip The Bird will be a great fit for you!

Position Requirements:
Minimum 1 year restaurant/fast food management experience Strong understanding of ordering and inventory control ServSafe Certified Allergen Awareness Certification Understanding of POS systems and ability to properly manage registers A positive professional attitude. We are not looking for “old school” restaurant managers Be available to be scheduled day, evening, weekday, and weekend shifts Must be at least 21 years of age Reliable transportation Ability to be on your feet for an entire shift Capability to lift 50 lbs. Choke Certified (preferred) Ability to multitask Excellent communication skills
