Leadership Responsibilities Own center-level leadership with a focus on guest satisfaction, performance, and brand excellence Hire, coach, and develop Guest Sales Associates and Wax Specialists Lead daily sales huddles and team meetings Deliver coaching, performance feedback, and accountability conversations Build a positive, high-performance culture and resolve team conflict Operations Responsibilities Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory, payroll, and vendor communication Maintain compliance with labor laws, sanitation protocols, and brand standards Monitor and report KPIs; execute center audits and cleanliness checks Manage staff pipelines, training schedules, and onboarding plans Sales Responsibilities Own full center sales performance, including services, packages, and retail Monitor daily sales goals, trends, and conversion opportunities Actively coach and participate in front desk sales and retail recommendations Train the team to drive membership and skincare purchases through guest education Lead promotional efforts and execute local campaigns Must-Haves 3-5+ years of retail sales management experience in a service-based or multi-unit setting Proven background managing retail operations (scheduling, payroll, P&L, labor) Strong leadership experience with direct accountability for team performance Familiarity with guest satisfaction tools such as OSAT or NPS Ability to manage high-volume environments and lead with urgency Open availability, including evenings/holidays Nice-to-Haves Background in spa, fitness, hospitality, or beauty environments Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field Experience coaching both front desk, technical service and sales teams Salary & Benefits $65,000-$75,000 + Monthly performance bonuses Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
