Must be 18+ and able to work 5-11:30/12am weeknights at least 2-3 shifts per week. Weekend availability is a plus. We’re currently seeking individuals passionate about customer service to join our team as Scoopers & Shift Leads . As a Scooper, you’ll be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include enthusiastically greeting guests, providing menu recommendations, and helping to maintain a clean and well-run scoop shop. As a Shift Lead, you’ll supervise front-of-house operations, mentor scoopers, and ensure an unforgettable guest experience. Here’s the scoop on what we offer: Competitive pay : Including Tips, Scoopers earn $16-$19/hour and Shift Leads can earn $20-$24/hour.
