Role Overview The Bridal Boutique Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily retail operations of the shop, leading and training the sales team, managing inventory and vendor relationships, marketing and maintaining the highest level of client service. This person will play a key role in driving sales, building a positive team culture, and supporting our brand values of inclusivity, authenticity, and personalized service. This role ensures the boutique runs smoothly and profitably. You’ll be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership

  • Lead and participate in bridal styling appointments, modeling exceptional client care
  • Train and coach stylists to consistently achieve sales goals and deliver personalized service
  • Monitor team performance and appointment conversion metrics
  • Support the development of sales strategy and promotional initiatives Operations Management
  • Manage inventory: receiving, tagging, logging orders, quality checks, and returns
  • Maintain vendor relationships and communicate effectively with designers
  • Oversee boutique scheduling, staff coverage, and appointment coordination
  • Implement and improve SOPs for boutique efficiency Team Leadership
  • Hire, onboard, and train new team members alongside the Owner
  • Provide mentorship, accountability, and regular feedback to staff
  • Organize team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
  • Foster a supportive, joyful, and inclusive team culture Client Experience & Communication
  • Own the customer journey from inquiry to dress pickup
  • Manage appointment confirmations, special orders, and follow-ups
  • Handle client concerns with professionalism and compassion
  • Ensure every bride feels seen, celebrated, and heard Marketing & Events Support alongside the marketing team and Owner
  • Assist with in-store events, sample sales, trunk shows, and local vendor partnerships
  • Collaborate with owner/marketing team on content ideas, social media stories, and event promotions
  • Develop and execute a content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Create high-quality photos, videos, graphics, and captions to promote events and engagement
  • Monitor messages/comments and engage with our online community
  • Stay on top of bridal trends and social media best practices
  • Use scheduling tools (e.g. Canva and Later and basic analytics to improve reach
  • Coordinate promotions, events, and shop updates through digital channels
  • Act as a brand ambassador both online and in person What We’re Looking For
  • 1-3+ years in retail management (bridal or luxury sales preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience in staff leadership, customer service, and visual merchandising
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Comfort with point-of-sale systems, booking software, and CRM platforms
  • Availability on weekends and occasional evenings for events is a must. What We Offer
