The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing sales activities, and maintaining efficient store operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, a focus on inventory control, and the ability to effectively manage staff while driving sales performance. Responsibilities Lead and supervise front-end staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Manage daily operations including cash handling, pricing, and inventory control. Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Implement sales management strategies to achieve store goals and targets. Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with other departments to optimize store performance and efficiency. Conduct regular assessments of front-end operations to identify areas for improvement. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or a similar role, preferably in a front-end capacity. Strong skills in sales management and inventory control. Ability to effectively manage shifts and lead a diverse team. Excellent communication skills; bilingual candidates are highly preferred. Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other retail technology. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
