This is an opportunity to run a business within a business — overseeing operations, training a guest-focused team, and driving service and retail sales within a high-standards, high-energy environment. What You’ll Do Lead all aspects of day-to-day center operations Recruit, train, and coach a team of service providers and guest experience associates Ensure delivery of a consistent, elevated guest experience Drive center performance across key sales and service metrics Monitor KPIs, team productivity, and individual sales performance Maintain labor, scheduling, supply, and inventory control Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism Collaborate with area leadership on performance and execution goals Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company protocols Set the tone for team culture, accountability, and development Who You Are 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, spa/salon, fitness, hospitality, or service-based industries Skilled in coaching, development, and holding teams accountable to performance Passionate about service quality and guest satisfaction Strong understanding of sales strategy and team motivation Comfortable analyzing data to drive results Confident, organized, and approachable with excellent communication skills Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred What We Offer Competitive base salary + commission + performance bonuses Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization Free or discounted services and products Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off, sick leave, and parental leave 401(k) with company match Leadership development and recognition programs Supportive, growth-minded company culture This opportunity is offered confidentially.
