In this role, you’ll play a key part in the day-to-day success of our retail operations by leading front-of-house and back-of-house union and non-union teams, supporting store-level execution, warehouse and concert operations, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. Anticipated Maximum Base Salary:

$65,300 – $88,200 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Recruit, hire, train, and develop retail team members to ensure a high-performing and engaged team Provide ongoing support and guidance to retail supervisors on operational execution and policy adherence Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to sanitation, payroll, employment laws, and ADA and OSHA standards Oversee inventory processes, ensuring physical inventory accuracy and timely reporting Monitor and manage merchandise levels, ensuring alignment with approved programs and maintaining appropriate stock levels at the store level More about you Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment At least 1 year of experience in retail operations preferredProven ability to lead, train, and develop team members Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) High school diploma or equivalent required Physical requirements Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and walking Shift details Day shift Evening shift Holidays Weekends Who we are Delaware North purchased the historic Boston Garden in 1975 and later constructed its successor, TD Garden, and neighboring The Hub on Causeway, both of which we continue to own and operate.
