A Brief Overview The Retail Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the ASICS Retail Stores by addressing escalated issues and implementing various Retail Operations programs. Reporting to the Retail Operations Project Manager in Boston, this position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from coordinating in-store repairs and maintenance to generating sales and key initiative reports, as well as handling administrative tasks and program upkeep. The Retail Operations Specialist will collaborate with other members of the Operations Team, cross-functional partners, and external vendors to achieve all essential responsibilities, goals, and duties. Leadership Responsibilities This position does not have people leadership responsibilities What You’ll Do Support store issues, requests and supply orders through ASICS Operations inbox ticket system and other escalation inquiries/points Review and resolve store maintenance inquiries in an expeditious manner Execute store communication both written and verbal including announcements, workload, directives, etc. via email, field intranet uploads/posts and conference calls Support new store opening process along with other store projects•inventory capacities, retrofits, and remodels Maintain Retail Operations standard operating procedures. Ensure all procedures and processes are up to date and partner with Operations team members to revise outdated SOPs and/or create new ones Assist in ASICS Retail Inventory Management process•transfers, RTVs, and cycle count development Assist with regular Sharepoint intranet content audits to ensure all documents are current and relevant, as well as obtaining updated documents from corporate partners. Vendor contact and relationship management and organization. Compile and publish reporting to the field team on sales and key initiatives such as field alignment, KPIs, contests, OneASICS, Customer Experience, and Omnichannel on a regular cadence Assist with policy and procedure development, enforcement, and compliance Adheres to all company policies and procedures Embodies and demonstrates company ethics and values Abides by all federal, state and local laws How You’ll Be Successful Demonstrates initiative, is conscientious and provides complete follow-through on all areas of responsibility Ability to calculate amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume Outstanding customer support/services skills Effectively communicate with management and team members Solution oriented, self-starter with a strong sense of customer service Ability to adapt, prioritize and multitask Ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines Knowledge of and experience with SAP and Store Force systems a plus What You’ll Need Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent training, education and experience 1-2 years of store level retail management experience required Corporate retail operations experience preferred Experience with retail POS systems•Teamwork POS experience preferred Experience with retail time management & scheduling systems•StoreForce experience preferred

SALARY / PAY RANGE

$63,000•$70,000 PAY
