Summary:

The Retail Operations Inventory Manager plays a critical role in ensuring product availability, accuracy, and consistency across all retail locations. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this leader is responsible for driving inventory performance, maintaining menu integrity, and supporting compliance and operational standards. By partnering closely with store teams, supply chain, and cross-functional departments, the role ensures the right products are in the right place at the right time—minimizing shrink, maximizing efficiency, and elevating the customer experience. Success in this role requires a balance of operational execution, strategic foresight, and hands-on collaboration across a dynamic multi-unit retail business.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence & Execution Oversee and optimize daily retail operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and profitability Develop and implement Best Practices that align with business objectives Partner with store leadership to enhance operational workflows, staffing models, and service standards Leverage data and analytics to drive improvements in labor efficiency, customer experience, and overall store performance Inventory & Menu Management Lead inventory and menu strategies by ensuring product availability, accuracy, and alignment with market demand Work closely with supply chain and procurement partners to optimize product flow and replenishment cycles Implement inventory controls and forecasting models to improve replenishment accuracy and operational efficiency Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to integrate menu innovation and seasonal updates Maintain menu integrity across all locations and platforms—ensuring consistency in product names, pricing, quality, and compliance Standardize inventory processes and best practices across all stores to reduce discrepancies and support scale Support procurement of apparel and branded accessories in collaboration with the VP of Retail and District Managers Develop and enforce shrink mitigation strategies to prevent theft, loss, and operational waste

Requirements:

3+ years working in the cannabis space, with at least three years in a supervisory capacity You have been responsible for operating a business or driving an operation in excess of 15m in annual revenue and you have managed large teams You work best in a fast-paced environment Ability to solve unexpected problems quickly and under pressure Strong, systems, software and computer skills High-energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done You have a passion for cannabis At least 21 years of age No drug related felony; ability to pass a comprehensive background check Theory Wellness Inc. is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
