Coleman House is a 45 bed, LTC facility that prides itself on providing excellent care . We are seeking Licensed Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a desire to work with geriatrics in a long-term care/skilled setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct resident care and overseeing unit – working supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic nurse to join our growing team and make a difference in the lives of our patients. We are looking to add a dynamic nurse with excellent organizational skills and willingness to work as a part of a team that prides themselves on making a difference. Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to geriatric patients in a long-term care setting. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Assess patient condition and develop nursing care plans accordingly. Provide patient education on health and wellness topics. Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress. Communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care. Overseeing certified nursing assistants.
