Shop Supervisor/Lead Technician About Us:

We are a fast-paced, customer-focused vehicle outfitting and trailer service business specializing in hitches, plows, electrical installs, and truck upfitting. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Shop Supervisor to lead by example on the shop floor and support day-to-day operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee hitch and wiring installations
• Install snow plows and other truck upfitting accessories
• Conduct trailer maintenance and repair work
• Manage inventory and place parts orders
• Receive and process shipments
• Interface directly with customers for job intake and updates
• Coordinate shop workflow and job scheduling
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are upheld

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience (mechanical, wiring, or outfitting)
• Strong understanding of electrical wiring and 12V systems
• Experience with hydraulics and general automotive repair
• Proven ability to manage or lead a small team
• Comfortable communicating with customers in a professional setting
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
