Dunkin_ Assistant GM / Shift leaders_ Gardiner DMCP Auburn 35 Bridge Street, Gardiner, ME 04345 Hiring immediately Assistant General Managers (AGMs) and Shift Managers serve as the primary support for the General Manager. AGMs continuously develop their retail management skills by focusing on their supervisory experience, coaching abilities, and business acumen. The primary responsibilities of AGMs include:

• Leading Shift Leaders and Crew Members by providing support to each individual
• Managing crew deployment, drive-thru performance, goal setting, communicating results, and executing operational standards
• Ensuring fast, friendly, and energetic service
• Being a team player who can step in wherever necessary
