The Role:

Supervisor – Supply Chain Management
The Supervisor of Supply Chain Management supervises daily staff activities for the department of an assigned area or function.

The Opportunity:

MaineGeneral Health is seeking a Supervisor of Supply Chain Management to join our growing Supply Chain team!

The Work:

Determines, coordinates, and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staffpliance with departmental andanizational policies, procedures and protocols.
Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution ofplex issues andplaints.

You Have:

Previous supervisory experience preferred
Experience in Material Handling/Warehouse work
Ability to consistently be on time and contribute to a team
Ability to work collaboratively
