Pizza/Sandwich Shop EVENING Supervisor Amato’s 1024 Main Road, Holden, ME 04429 If you have the desire to succeed and the motivation to excel we invite you to explore the career opportunity Holden Amato’s has to offer. Holden Amato’s is currently seeking applicants for it’s Management Team. These positions are non-seasonal, full-time position.
Responsible for running day-to-day operations:
cleaning, training employees, inventory, and quality standards. Serve as a mentor and create a unified team through motivation and training. Carry out Amato’s commitment to deliver exceptional quality and customer service.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Ability to enhance relationships with customers and employees.
- Ability to resolve issues and concerns.
- Ability to lead by example, establishing open lines of communication.
- Ability to train and develop productive employees.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the food industry.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work for several hours standing and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Experience:
- 2+ years in the food industry a plus but not necessary
- Previous experience managing a team
- Servesafe training is a plus but not necessary
