Manager Lebanon Rugged Roots Trading Post Rugged Roots 1674 Carl Broggi Highway, Lebanon, ME 04027 Rugged Roots is a Veteran Owned cannabis company with multiple locations. We are hiring a Manger for our Rugged Roots Trading Post in Lebanon. The ideal candidate would be dedicated, motivated and have managerial and customer service experience. Manager positions are full time (37-40 hours/week) and are eligible for Health, Vision and Dental benefits and accrue earned paid time off. Managerial experience and customer service experience is required. Must be 21+ and have a valid driver’s license and transportation. Job Duties of a Manager include but are not limited to:

• Product ordering in Apex
• Working with Metric and Dutchie systems to accurately accept products into inventory
• Accurately conducting inventory analysis on a weekly basis
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and the Director of Retail Operations and Director of Retail Performance.
• Participate in potential employee interviews with the Director of Retail Operations and Director of Retail Performance.
• Participate in employee evaluations with the Director of Retail Operations and Director of Retail Performance.
• Budtender training
• Accurately conducting inventory of consumable goods and placing orders with the Director of Retail Operations
• Educating customers about Cannabis and providing courteous and compassionate service, while assisting customers determine what product(s) will work best for them
• Performing cash transactions effectively and navigating the POS independently.
• Navigating online platforms such as Weedmaps to ensure that our products are updated daily.
• Maintaining a positive and motivated work ethic in a fast-paced work environment.
• Labeling, stickering and other packaging work
• Restocking, cleaning and organizing in store.
• Must be able and willing to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekends, evenings, holiday shifts and inclement weather.
