Summary:

The Physical Therapist and Site Supervisor role is responsible for maintaining departmental fiscal responsibility, administrative duties, marketing activities, staff scheduling and supervision for assigned staff. This role will function as a licensed PT and provides direct patient care. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education:

Graduate of an APTA accredited Physical Therapist program required.

License/Certifications:

Current state license as a Physical Therapist required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.

Experience:

Three years of relevant experience in an outpatient physical therapy or sports medicine role preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
