Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of the store’s operations, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and administrative tasks
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets
• Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and a positive environment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
• Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft and maximize profitability
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives

Experience:

• Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
• Strong knowledge of cash register operations, inventory control, and sales techniques
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team of employees
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and staff
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Experience conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and manage priorities
