Responsibilities Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing daily sales operations and achieving sales targets. Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet performance goals. Manage cash register operations, ensuring accurate transactions and financial accountability. Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and organizing merchandise displays. Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and close sales effectively. Conduct training sessions for new staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement within the team. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in a retail or sales environment; previous leadership experience is preferred. Strong mathematical skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficiency in managing cash registers and conducting financial transactions accurately.
