at 601-432-2400. About the Position This position is located at Lake Lincoln State Park in Wesson, MS. Duties will include administrative and supervisory work of the state park in the overall operation of the facility. Directs the general management of policy development, program planning, and coordination, and the evaluation of policy or organizational changes and new programs. Park Manager supervision includes hire recommendations; training; work planning, assignments, and review; and performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline. Supervision at this level also requires these employees to have the knowledge and skills to perform and review the work overseen.
