Overview:

As Assistant Store Manager, you will serve as atrusted advisor to our customers looking for quick and reliablefinancial solutions. Our Assistant Store Managers develop theirleadership skills in real-time by assisting the Store Manager withaccount management, customer outreach, and risk management. Youwill assist in overseeing, training, and coaching customer servicerepresentatives in the store while being a champion for complianceand ensuring Company standards are met. Your attention to detailand ability to follow the playbook will help foster theprofessional, respectful environment our customers and employeesvalue.

Responsibilities:

Develop customer relationships andcomplete inbound and outbound call campaigns daily to build newbusiness, maintain store profitability, and further brand loyaltyand recognition. Maximize customer success by offering ancillaryproducts that fit their needs. Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and accuratelyprocess loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions andancillary products. Provide support, coaching, and development to Customer ServiceRepresentatives to ensure adherence to quality standards, safetyprocedures. Maintain office security protocols and conduct proper opening andclosing procedures, including management of vault and cashdrawer. Oversee account management and recovery processes while maintaininga focus on customer service to prevent loss and charge-offaccounts, including collection calls. Help ensure a work environment that upholds compliance with Companypolicies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal lawsand regulations. Conduct store audits, create reports, and compilefinancial data to further ensure compliance. Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance andcleanliness, addressing basic facility needs and schedulingmaintenance services. Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environmentand handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individualand team performance standards. Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-personattendance, including weekends. A full-time work schedule for thisposition includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.•Store hours, schedules, and/or the minimum number of hoursrequired for this position may be subject to change by brand entityand at the sole discretion of the Company. Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, orretail At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevantleadership experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, andother systems Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama) Background check required. All background checks are conducted,and their results are considered, in accordance with applicablelaw. Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, whichfrequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position,including standing up to 90% of the time, the ability to move andtransport up to 25 pounds, the ability to move about inside andoutside of the store, and the operation of mechanical controls,such as a keyboard.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills Leadership in a sales or customer service-orientedposition Management experience in retail, convenience store, grocery,financial, service, or related industries Experience in check cashing, document verification, money orderprocessing Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required forcertain locations Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle touse throughout the workday (mileage compensated)
