Overview:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will serve as atrusted advisor to our customers looking for quick and reliablefinancial solutions. Our Assistant Store Managers develop theirleadership skills in real-time by driving recovery processes ,customer outreach, and risk management. You will assist inoverseeing, training, and coaching customer service representativeswhere applicable while being a champion for compliance and ensuringCompany standards are met. Your attention to detail and ability tofollow the playbook will help foster the professional, respectfulenvironment our customers and employees value.
Responsibilities:
Develop customer relationships and complete inbound and outboundcall campaigns daily to build new business, maintain storeprofitability, and further brand loyalty and recognition. Maximizecustomer success by offering ancillary products that fit theirneeds. Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, andaccurately process loan/pawn applications, check cashingtransactions and ancillary products. Provide support, coaching, anddevelopment to Customer Service Representatives, when applicable,to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures.
Maintain office security protocols and conduct proper opening andclosing procedures, including management of vault and cash drawer.
Oversee account management and recovery processes, includingcollection calls, while maintaining a focus on customer service toprevent loss and charge off accounts. Help ensure a workenvironment that upholds compliance with Company policies andprocedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws andregulations. Conduct store audits, create reports, and compilefinancial data to further ensure compliance. Monitor and maintaininternal and external store appearance and cleanliness, addressingbasic facility needs and scheduling maintenance services. Workefficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment andhandle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual andteam performance standards. Maintain a full-time work schedule withregular, in-person attendance, including weekends. A full-time workschedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours perweek.•Store hours, schedules, and/or the minimum number of hoursrequired for this position may be subject to change by brand entityand at the sole discretion of the Company. Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum one yearexperience in customer service, sales, or retail At least 3 monthsof supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to workphone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems Must beat least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama) Background check required.

Ability to meet thephysical demands of this position, which frequently include: theability to remain in a stationary position, including standing upto 90% of the time, the ability to move and transport up to 25pounds, the ability to move about inside and outside of the store,and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills Leadership in a sales orcustomer service-oriented position Management experience in retail,convenience store, grocery, financial, service, or relatedindustries Experience in check cashing, document verification,money order processing Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and maybe required for certain locations Valid driver’s license, autoinsurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday(mileage compensated)
