Managers Must:
- Have at least 2 years of QSR experience
- Be willing to work 50-55 hours a week including weekends
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Be personable and able to hold conversations with customers
- Be able to coach and develop a team all the while be coached and open to new opportunities.
- Lead by example.
- Be able to multitask
- Be solutions oriented with an attitude of “do whatever it takes to make it happen”.
- Have high emphasis on customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Opening and closing the restaurant.
- Mentoring and developing team members.
- Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to.
- Build and Maintain Customer relations
- Effectively and efficiently communicate with team members and management.
- Build schedules according to availability and ensure the schedule is followed.
- Monitor labor and process payroll.
- Be involved in the hiring and firing process of team members.
- Ensure daily paperwork is completed and sent to home office in timely manner
- Ensure food standards and quality is upheld at all times.
