Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and dependable Assistant Manager to join our Smoothie King team! In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, delivering outstanding guest service, and fostering a fun, team-oriented work environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest issues quickly and effectively Train, supervise, and motivate team members to meet performance goals Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety Help manage inventory, ordering, and minimizing waste Handle cash management, deposits, and point-of-sale functions Ensure all team members follow company policies and procedures Open and close the store as scheduled
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred) 1-2 years of leadership experience in a food service, retail, or hospitality environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lead by example and support a positive team culture Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have reliable, personal transportation.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in a fast-paced, food-service environment
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$14.50 – $16.50 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
