You will bring:

A minimum of 2 plus years’ experience as a part of a Retail Store Management team Business focused with a proven ability to drive sales Passionate about delivering quality customer service Provide ongoing and effective training and coaching to all employees Regularly assess employee performance using available tools and provide constructive feedback on progress and development Commit to retaining the best talent by creating an environment where employees feel valued and respected React with a sense of urgency to recruitment needs while utilizing all tools available Ensure visual merchandising and marketing directions are implemented as per visual directives, within required timeframes Ensure strategic and successful inventory management, including the prompt completion of markdowns Ensure store meets sales and wage cost objectives, utilizing available resources to maximize business opportunities and respond strategically and promptly to fluctuations in the business Ensure loss prevention policies and practices are adhered to, in order to achieve shrink target A team player and true leader who can grow and develop people Ability to lift 50 lbs We offer: Competitive compensation package including bonus Opportunity for development, growth and career advancement Health and Dental Benefits package and paid sick days Ongoing training and coaching Fantastic employee discount An amazing team to work with We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
