THE JOB:
As an Executive Steward at Beau Rivage, you’ll play a key role in driving the heartbeat of our back-of-house operations. From leading a dedicated team to ensuring seamless service, you’ll help create those unforgettable WOW moments that leave a lasting impression on both guests and team members alike.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Oversee daily operations in the stewarding department to ensure departmental strategic goals and intent are being met and exceeding expectations. Achieve all service, financial and human resources goals set forth by the management. Manage Human Resources responsibilities to include: creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training and succession planning processes that encompass the company’s diversity commitment; compliance with company and department policies, and legal requirements. Assist in reviewing monthly department P & L and budget. Analyze and address areas of concern and define needs for improvement. Find ways to improve P & L results and communicate with stewarding managers to implement changes and plans of action. Maintain staffing levels within department allocations. Plan training procedures of department personnel. Maintain all personnel records, including schedules, attendance, vacations, counseling notices, employee performance reports, and/or discipline. Assist with coordinating and communicating with outside vendors and services, to include the Health Department and other regulatory departments. Responsible for walk-through inspections of kitchen areas. Adhere to all company programs and initiatives.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Stewarding Is 21+ years of age Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
