Full Job Description Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday (9:30 AM – 6 PM), with holiday flexibility Join Nandy’s Candy! We’re seeking a reliable, organized, and creative individual to support our shipping, in-store sales, inventory management, and marketing efforts. This is a dynamic role where you’ll be involved in nearly every aspect of our sweet operation—from packaging to customer service to social media.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with customer service and sales on the shop floor Package and ship online Track inventory and restock shelves and supplies Help with seasonal marketing campaigns and photo content Support team operations and holiday planning
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Friendly, team-oriented attitude Experience with retail, shipping, or social media is a plus Willingness to work during holiday rushes and assist where needed
