Qualified Candidates:
Have management and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym. Massage industry experience is a PLUS but not required. Must be a natural leaders who can build relationships while motivating, coaching and supporting a team Can have tough conversations in a professional and constructive manner.
