Implement and oversee all company sales initiatives. + Other duties as assigned Qualifications + 18 years of age or older for AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO/ 21 years of age for all other states + Retail and/or Food Management experience. + Willingness to work any shift as needed, offering flexibility and adaptability. + Occasional travel for regional and district meetings. + Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle. + Customer-centric mindset. + Ability to clear a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history check. + Prepared to complete Topshelf Manager Training (for Tennessee stores).
