• Overview:

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day retail operations, including sales, customer service, and staff supervision
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets
• Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising and cleanliness
• Train, coach, and mentor retail staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels effectively
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed

• Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management with a focus on organizational skills
• Ability to set pricing strategies and negotiate with suppliers
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Experience in employee orientation, training, and development
• Strong ability to manage a team effectively and foster a positive work environment
• Knowledge of wireless sales is advantageous
• Proficient in conducting interviews and hiring processes
