The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory control, managing staff, and creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers. Duties Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee inventory control processes, including stock management and replenishment. Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing team. Implement effective merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation and pricing. Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions to improve store performance. Communicate effectively with team members and upper management regarding store operations and performance metrics. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Qualifications Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred. Strong background in sales, with a focus on wireless or retail sales experience being advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively. Proficiency in inventory control practices and administrative tasks related to store operations. Familiarity with POS systems and retail software applications. Ability to recruit, train, and develop employees while promoting a culture of excellence within the team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing stock levels and pricing strategies.
