You will play an important role in the support and development of front-line team members, completion of daily paperwork, vendor relations, and overseeing store cleanliness to help ensure the store is in position to succeed in its mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Store Supervisors are expected to lead all Team Members and Team Leaders in providing excellent customer service. As store management, they will also be responsible for handling customer complaints when the GM is not available.
Cleanliness:
Cleanliness, organization, and well-stocked merchandise are critical to the store’s success, and the Store Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the brand standards are being met in all aspects of the store.
Cultural Development:
As a Store Supervisor, you will be crucial to the development of each Team Member and Team Leader. You will work in conjunction with the GM to implement training programs and be expected to model Core Values to all other personnel.
Vendor Relations:
Store Supervisor will be responsible for helping ensure that all manual orders are completed and submitted accurately, assisting with vendor check-in, and overseeing invoice management as needed.
Qualifications and Experience :
1+ year of service at Fleetway Market, or 3 – 5 years of related customer service experience Certification in Till/Safe Operations, Lottery Operations, Fleetway Rewards, Cleanliness, Vendor Relations, Invoices, and Ordering Customer Commitment, Humility, Integrity, Grit, and Teamwork.
