The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that our standards of service and quality are met consistently. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining a positive work environment, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure efficient operations. Manage shift schedules, including training and development of staff to enhance their skills. Retail experience in greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations of stocked products to suit their needs. Monitor inventory levels. Have an understanding of the use of the products sold. Provide support to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Be able to unload shipments, stock, and organize merchandise. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively. Experience in inventory management. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to train and develop team members for improved performance. Monday – Friday 10:00 am – 8:00 pm.

Saturday:

8am-8pm

12pm- 6pm
