! Your chronological age is not a problem, if you have the right kind of experiences. I did this when I was 75 with great success! I didn’t exactly ‘Run’ up the steps but I got there, had a lot of fun, and sold a lot of pools. Attitude is everything and I especially enjoyed getting ‘Paid to Visit’ with some really nice folks. The ‘Seasoning’ we oldsters acquire through many types of sales campaigns is not something that can be taught quickly in a classroom. Our classes teach you the fundamentals of swimming pool selling. Combine that with your expertise, and charm, and you’ll be planting swimming pools (we’ll provide the water) and your bank account will grow. Likewise…you ladies out there. Historically…the ladies excel at this. We’re not sending you into crummy neighborhoods and virtually all appointments are daytime so ‘night driving’ is rare. All prospects are homeowners so that weeds out some of the crazies out there. These are people interested in enhancing the beauty and functionality of their property. ANSWER? To get to the SHELL station! Duh!! Keep in mind this is a ‘Gig’ rather than a career move. Obviously, there is a minimal demand for swimming pools in January in Cleveland or Chicago. So…this is an opportunity to bust your butt for 90-100 days until we wind down our summer campaign on August 15th. The Good News, however, is this can be a ‘Recurring Gig’ from February 15 to August 15 every year!! SWEET!! We’ve trained thousands of agents to sell our swimming pools in over 90 U.S. markets during the last 43 years. We have a 2 1/2 Day formal training in major hotel conference rooms and if you’re more than 50 miles from the training site, we’ll cover your room, and your breakfast buffet too! You will start receiving highly screened, and qualified appointments immediately upon completion of training. Your appointments have always responded to one of our Television or Internet commercials, have reached out to us and requested a visit from one of our sales professionals.
