Southport, NC Schedule:

Tuesday- Saturday 8:30-5:00 Full-time |

Weekends & Some Evenings Required About Us:

Brunswick County Habitat for Humanity is part of a global nonprofit housing organization working to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter. Our ReStore is a home improvement store and donation center that sells new and gently used furniture, appliances, home décor, and building materials to fund our efforts to create affordable housing locally.

What You’ll Do:

Lead day-to-day store operations, ensuring goals and budgets are met. Drive donations, sales, and profits to fund affordable housing initiatives. Cultivate a positive team and customer experience. Manage inventory, pricing, merchandising, and loss prevention strategies. Hire, train, and support staff and volunteers. Ensure a safe, clean, and mission-aligned store environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in retail or nonprofit. Strong team-building and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Comfortable with hands-on, physically active work in varied environments. Committed to the mission of Habitat for Humanity. Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, email).
