Mermaid Cove Boutique is looking for a Store Manager for our Ocean Isle Beach location. We pride ourselves on offering a flattering fit or every mermaid sizes Small-3X. Summary As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily retail operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and effective inventory management. Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead a team, utilizing your core skills in team management, purchasing, and cash register operations to drive sales and maintain store standards. Your premium skills in recruiting and employee orientation will be essential in building a motivated workforce. With a focus on retail management, you will play a vital role in achieving store goals and enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers.
