Full Job Description Job Title:

Ice Cream Maker Manager Duties:

• Prepare and create a variety of rolled
• ice cream flavors and desserts
• Operate ice cream making equipment and machinery
• Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with customer service, including taking orders and handling payments through the POS system
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food production environment is preferred
• Knowledge of ice cream making techniques and equipment is a plus
• Culinary training or education is beneficial
• Familiarity with restaurant management or hotel food service is advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
