Some services provided by UPS store are: Copying, Faxing, Notarizing, Laminating and Shipping worldwide. Store manager’s responsibility is to oversee existing associates and their performance. Plan weekly timing to make sure all hours are covered with associates. The candidate should have previous retail, customer service and leadership experience. One should have strong computer skills as well. You should be a fast learner In all categories.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage a team of associates Hire, Retain and Reward good associates Excellent Customer service Ability to discuss with UPS Claims department Good Leadership skills Learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends Ability to operate all equipment (Printers, Copiers, Fax), software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Associate Degree Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites Outstanding phone skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and basic math Prompt, reliable, and responsible Able to lift 40+ pounds
