Assistant Shop Manager Duties:

Manage daily shop operations, including timely opening and closing on manager’s days off. Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high review ratings. Assist the store manager in all aspects of store management. Monitor and train new employees. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment. Communicate effectively using Microsoft Outlook and Teams. Handle cash and inventory management. Assist in monitoring and tracking shop performance goals.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older. Valid driver’s license required. Reliable transportation is necessary. Ability to work Sundays.
