Job Summary:

The Retail Dealer Sales and Operations Manager oversees and optimizes retail dealers’ sales and operational activities. This role focuses on account management, customer retention, branded supplier relations, mystery shop compliance, volume and rebate compliance, and overall dealer performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail dealers. Monitor dealer performance and provide regular feedback and support. Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

Customer Retention:

Implement customer retention programs to enhance dealer loyalty. Analyze customer feedback and develop action plans to address concerns. Collaborate with dealers to improve customer service and satisfaction.

Branded Supplier Relations:

Manage relationships with branded suppliers to ensure compliance with brand standards. Coordinate promotional activities and product launches with suppliers. Negotiate terms and agreements with suppliers to optimize dealer offerings.

Mystery Shop Compliance:

Oversee mystery shop programs to ensure dealer compliance with service standards. Analyze mystery shop results and develop improvement plans. Train and support dealers in achieving high mystery shop scores.

Volume and Rebate Compliance:

Monitor dealer sales volumes and rebate compliance. Ensure dealers meet volume targets and qualify for rebates. Provide guidance and support to dealers in maximizing rebate opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales and operations. Strong understanding of account management, customer retention strategies, and supplier relations. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
